– 2 tablespoons (30ml) rice vinegar
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil

– 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
– Chopped peanuts
– Extra green onions
– Lime wedges
METHOD
1. Prepare the Sauce
Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl, whisk well. Set aside.
2. Cook the Turkey
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat
Add ground turkey, breaking up with spatula
Cook until no pink remains (about 5-7 minutes)
