INGREDIENTS:
For the Breadsticks:
- 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded (170g)
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (30g)
- ¾ cup super-fine almond flour (75g)
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
For the Topping:
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Heat in 30-second intervals until fully melted.
- Mix in almond flour, egg, baking powder, and seasonings while cheese is still hot. Knead until smooth.
- Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll to ¼-inch thickness.
- Remove top parchment. Transfer bottom parchment with dough to baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and parsley. Brush over dough.
- Cut into strips but don’t separate.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes until golden brown. Edges should be crispy.

- Dough must be worked while cheese is warm
- If dough becomes sticky, chill for 10 minutes
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving
