Ingredients

Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line baking sheet with foil or prepare loaf pan.
- In large bowl, whisk egg with all seasonings until well combined.
- Add ground beef, almond flour, and Parmesan cheese.
- Mix gently with hands until just combined (DO NOT overmix).
- Shape into loaf form, either in pan or freeform on baking sheet.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Remove from oven, brush with sugar-free ketchup.
- Return to oven for 10-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
