METHOD
1. Prep the Cauliflower
Cut cauliflower into even-sized florets (about 2 inches each)
2. Make the Batter
Whisk together flour, milk, hot sauce, oil, and seasonings until smooth
3. Coat the Florets
Toss cauliflower in batter until evenly coated

4. Cook Method A: Air Fryer
- Preheat to 370°F/188°C
- Place florets in single layer
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking basket halfway
- Look for golden brown exterior
5. Cook Method B: Oven
- Preheat to 450°F/230°C
- Arrange on lined baking sheet
