METHOD:
1. Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Apple Filling
- Melt butter in pan over medium heat
- Add diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt
- Cook 5-8 minutes until apples are tender but hold shape
- Let cool completely

3. Pastry Preparation
- Roll pastry to 10×10 inch square
- Cut into four equal squares
- Beat egg for egg wash
4. Assembly
- Place 2-3 tbsp filling on one half of each square
- Brush edges with egg wash
- Fold to create triangle
- Crimp edges firmly with fork
- Cut 2-3 small slits on top

5. Baking
- Brush tops with egg wash
- Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed
