- Large egg – 1
- Almond flour – 85g (¾ cup)
- Oat fiber – 15g (1 tbsp) [optional]

- Fresh parsley for garnish [optional]
METHOD:

- Combine mozzarella and cream cheese in microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely melted.
- Add egg and almond flour to cheese mixture while still hot. Mix until well combined.
- Important: Chill dough for 15 minutes if too sticky to handle.
- Place dough between two pieces of parchment and roll to 12-inch circle.
- Pre-bake crust for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Mix shredded chicken with 2 tbsp BBQ sauce.
- Spread remaining sauce on pre-baked crust.
- Top with BBQ chicken, red onions, and additional mozzarella.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden brown.

CRUCIAL TIPS:
- Let melted cheese cool slightly before adding egg to prevent scrambling.
- Don’t skip the pre-bake step – it ensures a crispy crust.
- Watch carefully during final bake – fathead dough can burn quickly.
