Ingredients:

Method:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Mix cinnamon swirl ingredients in a small bowl until combined. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs until fluffy (2-3 minutes).
- Add melted butter and sweetener to eggs. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Pour half the batter into the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle cinnamon mixture evenly over the batter.
- Top with remaining batter, smoothing the surface.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 15 minutes before removing.
