- Sugar-free pickle relish – 30ml/2 tbsp
- Onion powder – ¼ tsp
- Garlic powder – ¼ tsp

METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.
- Drain sauerkraut thoroughly in colander, pressing out excess moisture.
- Mix keto Russian dressing ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Grease baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Layer ingredients in this order:
- Half the corned beef
- Half the sauerkraut
- Half the dressing
- Half the cheese
- Sprinkle caraway seeds on top if using.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake additional 10 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
