METHOD:
- Grease ramekin and dust with sweetener.
- Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl: protein powder, flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt.
- In separate bowl, whisk egg, yogurt, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed – don’t overmix.
